24.01.2022 We are opening again! Yay! Our re-open date will be Monday 18th May! We do ask you all to be patient with us in the first few weeks while all apts are getting sorted. We will be doing our absolute best to accommodate you all, keeping in mind that we still need to obide by the social Distancing rules and salon sanitisation practices. This also means that we can only have a limited amount of people in the salon at one given time. Apologies in advance, but please be sur...e that only you come to your apt alone so that this can allow us to accomodate for more clients in need of appointments. (Carers will be exempt from this rule) To be fair, all missed appointments due to closure will take first priority and we will be contacting all those clients to arrange. We will be operating at this stage by appointment only, so hours may vary slightly on any given day to keep in line with staff:client ratios in the salon. Magazines have been removed for now, so feel free to bring your own reading material along with your own Tavel mug if you dont wish to use ours! We do remind you that if you are experiencing any type of cold or flu symptoms, that you kindly phone the salon to reschedule your apt. We cant wait to spoil you all again with a pamper and some great hair in our newly renovated salon!

(No walk in apts) Given the most recent update of covid in our area, our salon doors will be locked, so when you arrive for your appointment, please knock and one of the staff will let you in. Unless you have an appointment you WILL NOT be permitted entry (Exception for carers), so please dont bring anyone else to your appointment with you.... In addition, we kindly ask you to phone ahead and reschedule your appointment if you have ANY signs of being unwell or have been near anyone else who has been unwell. Please also reschedule your appointment if you have been to Victoria or any NSW hotspots (including Batemans Bay Soldiers club) in the last 14 days. We are doing our bit to keep our community safe, so we ask our clients to please do the same. 12.01.2022 As per the new government announcement last night, we are unfortunately unable to offer any services over 30 minutes from tomorrow. At this stage, we will still be open for standard haircuts only. This may mean that you wont get to have your regular shampoo and blowave with your cut as well etc. Whilst we know that this is a very unreal expectation put upon us to fully service your hair needs, we do need to follow protocol in the interests of not only the government rules, ...but also for the health and safety of our clients and staff. We will be trying to phone as many clients as possible to advise of these changes. We also want to reassure clients that sanitisation processes and safe distance rules in the salon are amped up to the max, although we totally understand if people wish to cancel their appointments if they are not feeling comfortable about being in an environment with others during this time. Please be patient with us throughout this time, We as hairdressers are doing the best we can under the circumstances and rules put before us, and we continually have the health and safety of everyone as a top priority. Hopefully this will soon be over! In the mean time why not let us do your cuts while we still can, or better still, stock up on your fav hair products to get you through! 11.01.2022 To all our wonderful clients, After many tears, much consideration, lots of discussion, and along with little to no sleep over the last week and a half, we have made the sad (but right) decision to temporarily close the salon effective of this afternoon. We feel that the health and safety of all clients, staff and families, is just way too important to risk trying to continue doing what we love at this stage under difficult circumstances. Covid-19 has not given us much ch...oice! We would like to thank everyone for their continued support and understanding, and we hope to see you all again soon when we are able to re-open. 04.01.2022 To all our loyal clients, We write this to advise that at this stage the Govt is still saying we can operate. We will be trading as normal with the strict social distancing and sanitising practices still in place. We strongly urge any client 70 years of age or over to adhere to the PM directions, and phone to cancel/reschedule your apt for your own health and safety.... Due to the restrictions set out, we will be doing the best we can under the current situation/circumstances, so please be patient with us. There may be further changes coming, and for the time being, we will be operating our hours to apt only (meaning the salon is only able to be open if we have bookings in place) If you have any queries, please phone the salon and if we dont answer/or are not there, please leave a message and we will return your call ASAP. Needless to say, this is a very confusing/stressful time for all, but please know that we will continue to keep the health and safety of clients and staff as a top priority.
