15.01.2022 NEW POLICIES STARTING TOMORROW PLEASE READ Your appointments are very important to me and I understand that sometimes appointment times may need to be changed or cancelled which I'm more than happy to assist you with. However, I would be grateful if clients could give me 24 hours notice for all amendments to ensure I can offer these spaces to other clients.... Appointment times are set for you, so to cancel with little notice or simply not showing up leaves me with a gap that is too late to fill. I value your business and I ask that you respect my businesses scheduling policies. For 'no shows' a $30 fee will be charge and will need to be paid in full before any further appointments can be made. For rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, at this stage no charge will be made (will be revised) but I do ask that you try your best not to do so. My weeks are filling quickly therefore you may not get a time or day that may suite and you could need to wait a few weeks before I'm able to book you back in. All clients will be given a 20 minute grace period for lateness. At 10 minutes you will receive a friendly reminder text. After 20 minutes your appointment will need to be cancelled as you will be going into the next clients time. This cancellation will incur a $30 cancellation fee that will need to be paid in full before your next appointment can be booked. 07.01.2022 LASH SHEDDING CONCERNS Eyelash Extensions are a semi-permanent procedure. This is because unlike the hair on our head, eyelashes fall out once they have reached their final growth stage. A normal lash cycle occurs every 60 to 90 days. Things that can affect shedding are:... age general health medication vitamin deficiency Medical conditions touching / rubbing/ pulling dirty lashes. Non removal of makeup, oil, dust.( daily ) 2 times a year we go through an accellerated shed. This is called "seasonal lash shedding'. This occurs during Autumn and Spring were the lash process is excellerated. This can last up to 6 weeks. This is when eyelashes will shed at a faster and more noticeable rate. We are currently going through the Spring shed, so clients may need to book appointments sooner than they may have normally due to the excellerated lash loss...This is completely normal, and there is no need for distress or concern.
