20.01.2022 Tim is growing a Mo for Movember to raise awareness for men's cancers and mental health issues. As a physio he has been encouraged to wear a mask for community health. Just like cancer and mental health Just because you cannot see the mo does not mean it is not there. 2020 is a year that we all need to support each other. Donating to a worthy cause is a way to help. Watch this space to see how Tim has done. Movemer.com #movember

14.01.2022 Tim managed to develop more than just a flavour saver over the month of Movember. Due to a mask it was not seen much this year. As with many of Tim's Mo Bro's just because you could not see the Mo's did not mean they were not there. The same goes for mental health and cancers. Keep the conversation going check on family and friends or seek help for yourself if needed.

10.01.2022 Luke has been using Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) to free up scar tissue around this lady’s surgical site on her back. The surgery was more than 2 years ago but was limiting movement. After 3 sessions of LLLT, movement has improved and there is less catching pain. LLLT has many uses including relieving tightness, soft tissue injuries andlymphoedema with very few side effects. Call the team at Extend on 6921 2606 to learn more.

01.01.2022 Thinking of shoulder surgery for that niggly shoulder? ‘Subacromial decompression’ is a common surgery for troublesome shoulders, creating space for irritated bursas and tendons. Whilst this surgery can assist, current evidence suggests that there’s no real difference between having the surgery and focussing on some targeted, robust exercises. Talk to us at Extend to learn how.
