01.01.2022 We are in process of ensuring everyone’s wellbeing, constantly monitoring the situation with the COVID-19 to provide a safe environment above all else. In this regard, all of our team have been provided with information from Government and Healthcare websites that enable us to operate in the safest possible way in this difficult time. We will be asking questions to our customers and following procedures to make sure our attendance at your property can be done in the safest ma...nner possible. We also value any input regarding your policies that you may have implemented in your home or offices to prevent the spread of the virus. 1. We have advised our staff that if they have any symptoms or believe they have been exposed to the virus, to advise us ASAP and seek medical advice. 2. We have advised our staff to practice safe hygiene and follow the advice of health officials. We ask that you allow staff access to a sink with running water so we can frequently wash our hands 3. Our staff have been advised to practice social distancing of at least 1.5m and avoid contact. Example: No hand shaking. 4. We have supplied our staff with the following: (The use is not mandatory) Hand sanitiser Gloves Face masks 5. If you have a move booked with us and any person at your home has been overseas, is in quarantine or feel unwell please let us know ASAP. 6. We have advised our staff that if they have concerns re: clients being unwell, they are to contact management to discuss the situation and work with you the customers in providing safe practices to prevent the spread of the virus. 7. If the client feels comfortable, we can work onsite without supervision and any questions can be made by call, this way we are not in the same confined space. Clients can stay outside the property where there is airflow or even away. 8. We will reduce our number of onsite quotes and work, quotes can be undertaken by video call (Facetime, Whatsapp or Skype). As always the health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority and we are taking all possible measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
