03.01.2022 Coffee is yes partly how a machine operates but biggest part of awesome coffee is: 1/ roasting method 2/ barista (grind fresh), 30ml per 30sec extraction and not overheating milks. This is our trusty old #expobarruggero (inside view as cleaning day in roastery). We simply can’t part with this machine and don’t foresee ever getting rid of her! ... Why? Love these machines for their simplicity and limited parts making them easy to use and cheap to maintain or fix. They keep a good, stable pour and brilliant to train on! In an extravagant world, I would love nothing more than a #keesvanderwesten however grateful this baby has served us well over the last 10years. The amount of coffees poured by this beauty is crazy...would have to estimate over 1mill, as this was our original at our previous cafe #bakersedgebakehouse where we would often pour over 500 cups on a busy day! Love our world of coffee!
