08.01.2022 With all the restrictions being imposed at the moment, It's important to focus on what we CAN do. What CAN you do today? What are you grateful for? Here's my list for today: I CAN get some exercise - I am grateful for the time available that was previously used for driving. ... I CAN spend time with my daughter as we figure out this home school thing - I am grateful to strengthen our bond. I CAN spend time preparing healthy meals from scratch - I am grateful for time. I CAN sit outside and meditate and feel the fresh air - I am grateful to live in the bush. I CAN make phone calls to connect with the people I care about - I am grateful to have a telephone. When it all gets a little overwhelming, STOP, take a deep breath and write down 5 things you CAN do and are grateful for. If you need help, please get in touch. Pick up the phone. We all know I love a good chat.. I am still working via zoom and Skype and together we can move forward with love and certainty. I am CERTAIN this will pass and we will all come out the other side with a wonderful new perspective. FYI : There are a lot of 20 second hugs going to be unleashed when the time is right. Stay safe.
