07.01.2022 My course has snuck up on me! The salon will be closed from Friday 23rd - 27th Im off to do a course in Qld, I will try my best to get back to everyone’s messages over this time. Remember I am only human like you! ... Please book your appointments in advanced, before you leave the salon or message me as soon as you can to save disappointment! YES CHRISTMAS IS ALMOST BOOKED OUT! ............................................................................ JUST A REMINDER Those 99.9% of my amazing clients ignore this!! This is a #DontBeADick post. Some people tend to forget we all have a life outside of our work and I go into mum mode when I leave my salon. I try my best to get back to everyone’s messages as soon as I can. Weekends take longer because that’s my time off with my family. If you need to schedule a appointment / cancel a appointment let me know ASAP! I’m always happy to move it for you. If you call my number please leave a message. Less then 24hrs cancellation is a 50% fee of your appointment. If I can fill this spot I always wipe that fee. Sometimes I need more then 24hrs to fill your appointment and this leaves me out of pocket. This is my income and time is money.. NO SHOWS ARE NOT OKAY!! Now this has only happened a couple of times since being opened 1yr! You get a reminder the day before let me know then. New clients get 2 reminders for a fullset if I don’t get the confirming message back I will give your appointment to another client on the waiting list. Don’t just ignore my message or open it up and ignore it. It’s not fair on other clients who miss out on appointments, because I couldn’t let them know soon enough that you didn’t want your appointment and couldn’t be bothered to let me know you won’t be at your appointment. A curtesy message goes a long way girls! Most know I live quite a bit out of town and have a little family, where I would rather be, then twiddling my fingers at work or waste fuel on trip into town for nothing, because you failed to no show to your appointment. -If you ask me to reschedule your appointment a 100% fee of you appointment that was a no show, will need to be paid before booking back in. And Yes I’m sticking to my policy from now on! We don’t ask for much and 99.9% of you are amazing!! With my business getting quite busy now thanks to all of you I couldn’t be happier with it!! Appointments are a lot more limited and don’t have time to chase those who haven’t booked back in anymore if you miss out that’s on you now.
