Hope your training has been awesome this week so far and that you’ve matched it with a healthy balanced diet. Just in case you’re struggling for new inspiration, here is your recipe of the week from us all at Extreme Physique! ... This is a delicious and extremely versatile dish that you can pretty much add whatever fillings to that you choose. It’s also great to use up those bits and bobs leftover in the fridge. Natahlie`s fitness journey began when she joined the Colombian Police Force at the age of 17. She received 2 years of extreme military training and worked as a police officer for more than 6 years. During this time her passion for exercise and discipline grew and she decided to start her career in the fitness industry.... Welcome to the Extreme Physique Team.

24.01.2022 Lets get ready for Xmas - 2 weeks of hard training coming up. Bookings open Thursday 26th @ 6am. Introducing our Fortnite Fitness Frenzy ... From 7th - 18th December, we’ll be giving you the opportunity to boost your training so that you can get your summer bodies ready for the festive season. In addition to your regular PT sessions, we will be offering 32 Semi-Private Sessions (capped at 4 people). The S.P.T. sessions will be run predominantly outdoors to make the most of the beautiful early morning & late afternoon weather. The sessions times will be as follows: Mon - Fri: 5:45am / 10am / 5:45pm Sat: 7am Only $49 for 2 weeks of unlimited S.P.T. Where there is a need, we will run extra classes & can accommodate any clients that already have a group of 4 & preferred time ready to go. These sessions also provide a great start to the school holidays for those kids (over 12yrs) who are looking to improve their strength & fitness and burn some energy. Our Fortnite Fitness Frenzy will also include 50% off PT for any sessions booked on top of your regular sessions. To be eligible for this offer all sessions must be booked & paid for via our App and used between 7th-18th Dec. 22.01.2022 Join us and help make Xmas brighter for children in the local area. We are teaming up with the Pyjama Foundation and would appreciate all your support. Our Christmas tree will be setup in our foyer entrance from Monday 16th November and presents can be dropped till Tuesday 8th December. Lets make this Christmas something to remember.... 18.01.2022 To all our clients, As you know Greater Brisbane will go into a three-day lockdown and restrictions will come into place across Queensland after cases of COVID-19 transmission were detected in the community. From 5pm today we will be closed.... Remember can only leave home for one of these four reasons: 1. To buy essentials such as groceries or medications 2. Work or study if you can’t do either from home 3. Exercise in your local area 4. Healthcare or to provide help, care or support Residents in locked down areas must wear masks when not at home, including in ride shares, on public transport and in workplaces. 17.01.2022 Good morning, Here is the second lockdown workout. Keep exercising every day it is important for your mental health.... Stay safe over the lockdown period. Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) Start on the minute, perform the first set of 3 exercises as a circuit. What's left of the minute is your rest . Start the next minute with the second set of exercises. Keep alternating between the 2 sets at the start of each minute . See if you can get to 20mins. Even if you need to break it up into blocks Always focus on quality technique throughout !! If you are struggling with exercise ideas we have included a workout session for you - simply click the link below for exercise demos. 5 Rounds for Time... This workout allows you to hit every major muscle group in a short period of time while also taxing the metabolic system. Work you way through the 5 exercises as quickly as possible & repeat for a total of 5 Rounds. Rest only when you need to.
