I know this is something I personally struggle with It’s great to be a caring person and to be selfless, but at times you absolutely need to be selfish with your time and energy. Especially during these difficult times, you need to take care of yours...elf and remember to love yourself day in and day out. Listen to yourself and listen to your body. If you need a day to relax and cancel all of your plans, GO FOR IT. Or if you need a mental health day away from work, call in. Go to the spa. Read a book. Take a bubble bath. Go running! Listen to yourself and what YOU need.
