18.01.2022 Do you or your lash artist ensure care is taken that each natural lash is not stuck to another? Have you ever thought about why this is important?... Your lashes grow & shed at their own pace, each & everyone of them is in a different stage of growth all the time! So if even one is stuck to another, the one growing faster will pull (& hurt) the slower one out. If a lash is pulled out before the end of its normal cycle it doesn't immediately regrow, it waits out the whole cycl...e before it will grow again which can be up to 12 weeks + causing premature lash loss & thinning of your lash line Obviously you want your lashes kept in optimal condition so they can hold more extensions right?! Hugs & kisses suddenly become weapons, and not visiting parents & friends becomes an act of love. Suddenly you realise that power, beauty & money are worthless if you can't get the oxygen you're fighting for. The world continues its life and it is beautiful. It only puts humans in cages. 13.01.2022 We like to make things light hearted but don't think that we are not taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak seriously as we definitely are! We continue to closely monitor the advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer and review our client/students to artist/trainer schedules. At this stage our salon & classes will continue to run as scheduled. While we already have a strict and extremely thorough hygiene practice, will we be i...mplementing additional precautionary measures. We will have additional hand sanitiser available for every person entering the salon. We ask that anyone feeling unwell - clients, students, models and trainers included to reschedule their appointments. We have increased our disinfecting of all areas and equipment. As always, the use of face masks are to be worn during eyelash applications. As always, the hygienic sanitisation of artists hands, work stations & tools take place after any service provided. We have removed soft furnishings from the beds & magazines from the wait area to reduce the chance of bacterial transfer. We have completed the COVID-19 government course to ensure we are aware of the facts and are able to advise and practise correct infection control as the health and safety of our clients, students and models is of the utmost importance. We cant express enough how important it is at this time to support your small local businesses. Stop the fear & be educated on the facts. We sincerely appreciate your gratitude, patience and understanding in this difficult time and that we will continue to monitor this situation closely & make changes as required.

In this case @lilyrose_eyelashextensions @kahla_fowler had trained initially in eyelash extension application 9yrs ago & had also not been practicing the art for some time, well ALOT has changed since then as our young & ever evolving industry constantly releases better products & techniques. Wanting to get back to her love of lashing & provide her clientelle with an amazing bespoke service, Kahla made the smart decision to train again ...from scratch to learn all the new chemical information, application techniques, contraindicators, safety assurities, after care etc etc & I'm sure she can vouch everything is different from the weights of extensions we now use to now being able to wash your lashes right after your appointment!
