23.01.2022 Today is World Diabetes Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness. As optometrists, we see patients with Diabetic retinopathy, a complication of diabetes where the tiny blood vessels in the retina at the back of the eye become damaged. Diabetic retinopathy can seriously affect vision and in some cases may even cause blindness. Today on World Diabetes Day, we pay tribute to the fabulous Nurses both here and around the world for all that they are and all that they do. We Thank you !!!
