25.01.2022 One of my favoutite shots from last year I never got around to posting. A lonesome Pacific Black Duck, floating along the Onkaparinga River. Just drifting along without a care in the world. One chill lil guy. Old Noarlunga Nikon D5600

24.01.2022 The riverland has so much to offer in history, beauty and local friendly faces. The environment up there is so rich and full of life, even these once alive trees that are still standing even being ghostly hollowed out versions of themselves. Now used as birds for hollows and nests. Nature always finds a way. Lake Bonney, Riverland SA Nikon D5600

23.01.2022 Be the eyes, feel the greatness, see the light through the lens and experience the world of photography. - Caitlin Horn (Complete new logo design, feeling estatic!)

21.01.2022 Another quick one from last year. Seeping sunlight coming through the trees leaves. Himeji Japanese Garden, Adelaide Nikon D5600

21.01.2022 Bunch of these cute lil Rainbow Lorikeets perching in the trees eating the flowers at @colonnadesshopping today. I was just standing up on the balcony when I though to get some shots. They all dat there for 20 minutes letting me snap them! Beautiful little creatures they are, so vibrantly gorgeous in colouring! Gosh I love Australia! Ramsay Place, Noarlunga Centre Nikon D5600

21.01.2022 Went for a little bit of a cruise around yesterday to a few different locations. Captured a bit of everything, different landscapes to pigeons flying in formation. This is why I love living in the south. So much to offer in this beautiful region I call home. Blanche Point, Port Willunga Look Out in Happy Valley Nikon D5600

21.01.2022 2020 new look. :)

17.01.2022 Getting better with how I prefer it. :)

17.01.2022 Titled 'Brotherly Nuzzles' again taken where I am staying on a farm located within Handorf area. These two aren't actually brothers but by the photo you think they might have a brotherly like friendship indeed. The darker one with the blonde mane is called Parker aka surfer dude horse and the more dusty brown n grey horse is called Denny, he is very sweet even though his foot is a little sore right now. Such beautiful and gentle creatures these guys are. Harndorf, Adelaide Hills Nikon D5600

17.01.2022 Just some of the bad bois from the Monster Truck Rumble 2020 tonight. More to come! Adelaide Showgrounds, Main Arena Nikon D6500 @ Adelaide Showground Gilbert Racing Monster Trucks Australia Loadex Hire's Monster Truck Rumble- Adelaide

16.01.2022 I call this shot 'Lost in Silence' you can see that the person in the picture is actually my friend admiring the beautiful view today down at the beach. First picture uploaded using my phone as the camera. Good ol bit of phone photography doesn't hurt every now and then. Sellicks Beach, SA Samsung Note9

13.01.2022 A few more photos from Kuitpo Forest but from a separate trip and part of the forest. A mossy filled tree stump, a spider Web up close, a butterfly and a detailed autumn leaf. Kuitpo Forest Nikon D5600

12.01.2022 Shout out to this guy Josh Moorhouse said I should upload this photo. OYEH stands for Onkaparinga Youth Enterprise Hub. This place is absolutely unbelievable in what it does for people and so incredible how it can change someone's life in an instant forever. I know that was the case for me. Now being over a year since I joined the crew and have never regretted it. Loving life as a volunteer there, I can only wait to hope and see what this year will bring. We reopen this year #2020 in early February I believe. On Wednesdays from 1pm to 5pm in the Hopgood Theatre up the stairs! You can't miss it! Make sure to pop through and say hey! You just never know what opportunity may be lurking on the shadows for you and how it could impact your life. OYEH! Using my love of crystal balls in my photography is never ending

11.01.2022 Golden Hour Sunset. This was a truly magical sunset, perfectly overlooking the hills. I really didn't need to do a lot to these already perfect photos. Truly my favourite time of the day. Lookout, Happy Valley Nikon D5600 + Nikor 70 300mm

11.01.2022 Something a little different today, a picture of me. Absolutely loving this shot of me and my camera. Was taken on my friends camera when we were all mucking around at volunteering at OYEH. Thanks for a wonderful day and an amazing capture of me being happy which is quite a rarity nowadays.

11.01.2022 These little guys are so so sweet. This little special one was a local resident of @clelandwildlifepark was lucky enough to manage a couple of quick captures of him. These two being the best of the bunch. Unfortunately I cannot say a happy Wrensday, so have a pretty little Fairy Wren for your bright blue sunny Saturday! Cleland Wildlife Park Nikon D5600 #abcmyphoto #mynikonlife #fairywren #wrensday @abcadelaide @nikonaustralia

11.01.2022 Some Australian Sulphur-crested Cockatoos to fill your feed with! As they were all literally eating from the River Red Gums. Thought I'd squeeze this post in before the night ends! These guys honestly weren't sure what I was doing and it didn't help from all the state's people going past in their cars. Oh the things you do in photography for the best shots. Victor Harbour Road, Old Noarlunga Nikon D5600 + Nikor lens 70 300 mm

11.01.2022 Your local find, this cute lil bubble blower, the Murray Short-Necked Turtle. So in love with these lil cuties. Photo taken at the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Wetlands. Nikon D5600

11.01.2022 Dragonflies are defintely one of a kind creatures. They are such magnificent beings. I was saying to myself on this specific day when at @clelandwildlifepark I hope I manage to catch something unexpected or amazing. And what do you know, something I had been after for ages that I wanted to photograph appeared right infront of me. Many times of tried patience, whereas this little guy didn't even move. Was actually starting to think something was wrong, but not long after I was finished he eventually took off. Gosh do I love nature. Cleland Wildlife Park Nikon D5600 @abcadelaide @nikonaustralia #abcmyphoto #mynikonlife

10.01.2022 Came across this little Shingleback Lizard (also know as the Tiliqua rugosa) while away on holiday a few months back up the riverland. In the more wild out back area, whilst driving along the road we saw a black blob lying on the road. Closer on approach we soon realised what this little guy actually was! Remember, if your ever travelling out in the country beware of wildlife around and possibly on the roads. Always be on high alert! These little guys make an adorable choice to photograph. Murray River National Park Nikon D5600 + Nikor 70 300mm

10.01.2022 First day of my vacation up at Lake Bonney, Riverland. So beautiful and full or life up here, and of course what kind of a trip would it be without my companion camera. Definitely a must bring along item. And so, here are the top pictures from day 1 up here on my getaway away from home! Lake Bonney Riverland, S.A. Nikon D5600

09.01.2022 PART 3 - of three different sets of photos that I shall be putting up of the Kangaroo Mob that hang out in the local 42 hectare paddock of land in Port Noarlunga South. The final lot of photos I have taken and edited. There was a lot different shapes and sizes of kangaroos in the mob. Zoomy ones, small baby ones, buff ones and just simple motherly ones. Like them, we all are one in the same. Love your native wildlife and flora n fauna. Protect and preserve. But most of all respect but also enjoy it. Onkapringa River National Park Nikon D5600 #natgeoyourshot #mynikonlife @nikonaustralia @natgeoyourshot @ Onkaparinga River National Park

09.01.2022 Cute collection of a few of my bumble bee pictures. I honestly love these little guys so much. they warm my heart, with their cute little bumble butts. Bees are adorable, and one of the most important beings on our planet alone. Protect these lil guys at all cost, no matter what! taken at Adelaide Botanic Gardens. Nikon D5600 @ Adelaide Botanic Garden

08.01.2022 Well less than half hour and #lockdown starts here in South Australia for practically the next week. Since I'm gonna be stuck at home this going to give me a lot of time to edit photos, and believe me when I say, I have lots of content from over the last few months to share! Wooo! Anyway these shots were from a city streets walk in the heart of Adelaides CBD fron a little while ago. Went and got to know a bunch other awesome Adelaide photographers like myself! So many lovely... people and new faces I'll now have to remember. Thanks again to @nathangodwin for setting that walk up and to the @imagesby_jesse who supplied the stuff to be able to do these awesome lights painting shots! First time and damn proud of all these shots! Adelaide CBD Nikon D5600 @abcadelaide @nikonaustralia #abcmyphoto #mynikonlife

07.01.2022 Presenting Luna Luna. Our one and only beautiful moon in all its glory. I have personally always sucked at moon shots, but thought I might give in one more shot in manual mode and to my surprise this was the best out of the lot of photos I took. I am so proud of this photo. taken from my own backyard. Nikon D5600

07.01.2022 PART 2 - of the three different sets of photos that I shall be putting up of the Kangaroo Mob that hang out in the local 42 hectare paddock of land in Port Noarlunga South. With the debate still going on to turn the land into housing, I still just make sure that I can enjoy everytime I go for a walk through the park or even when I drive by and peek over to see whether the kangaroos are out in the paddock. Its quite upseting to know that eventually it could still become a housing development on the land but only time will tell. I am thoroughly against it and will continue to stand against it for as long as it goes on. Onkapringa River National Park Nikon D5600 #natgeoyourshot #mynikonlife @nikonaustralia @natgeoyourshot @ Onkaparinga River National Park

07.01.2022 Had a pretty little friend visit me today. An Adelaide Rosella was just posing sweetly for me, out of a few shots this one was the best. These lil guys are so special. I think they are always coming around because of the bush I have in my front garden filled with berries tha they love. My Front Yard Nikon D5600 + Nikor 70 300mm lens

06.01.2022 PART 1 - three different sets of photos that I shall be putting up of the Kangaroo Mob that hang out in the local 42 hectare paddock of land in Port Noarlunga South. Full of lush green grass that the roos nourish and feed on this time of year. Was quite blessed that I just happened to time this so well, I actually did not have my camera on me at the time so I had to rush home to grab it. With the last bit of light as the sun was setting along the horizon I managed to get a good fair amount of shots. I personally love the Western Grey Kangaroos, such unique animals. Onkapringa River National Park Nikon D5600 #natgeoyourshot #mynikonlife @nikonaustralia @natgeoyourshot @ Onkaparinga River National Park

06.01.2022 I was not originally going to upload these photos as I wasn't all that confident with them. These were taken with my phone not my DSLR camera. As my laptop has had to be sent away for repairs at the moment, I haven't had the equipment I'd usually use to edit and then upload my photos. I hope these aren't to bad quality. But I did try something different so I hope most of you enjoy these pictures. South Port Beach S20+

05.01.2022 Some photos of the Kuitpo forest itself and a few red mushies. Kuitpo Forest Nikon D5600

05.01.2022 The exposure on the rose went a little bit beyond what I preferred but none the less still a good capture I believe. There's even a little bee, see if you can spot him! Renmark, Riverland SA Nikon D5600 + Nikor 70 300mm lens

03.01.2022 This was another photo taken last year in 2019 of a water reflection. It was definitely in my top 10 images that I took last year. Himeji Japanese Garden, Adelaide CBD Nikon D5600

03.01.2022 Titled 'Rustic Winters Warmth' I have taken this shot of our fireplace in the old homestead me and my friend are staying in whilst away for the week. So peaceful and lovely up here. Quiet enough to think and relax. Just makes me warm looking at those glowing bright flames. Harndorf, Adelaide Hills Nikon D5600

03.01.2022 Caw caw did someone say chips!? Snapped these funny characters a while back. They are known as the scavengers of the beach but I think there pretty harmless. Most of the time anyway. Petrel Cove Beach, Victor Harbor Nikon D5600 + Nikor 18 55mm

03.01.2022 After a bit of month hiatus I have returned from some time I took out for myself. Not because I gave up on my photography but because I was having a bit of a creative block. No new ideas were coming to me and I was lacking to motivation to go out and try and take some shots. I think a lot of this has had to do with COVID19 and the dull headspace i have been in. So after a long month of just relaxing and taking some time out to remotivate myself. I'm back with a few ideas in m...ind for some new content that hopefully you all will love! In the meantime enjoy this little cute Willie-wag tail that was having a right ol chat with me when I went to Victor Harbor a few weeks back. This one was nested somewhere in the trees close by, very sweet. These guys are actually one of my favourite bird species of all time. The Bluff, Victor Harbor Nikon D5600 + Nikor 70 300mm lens

03.01.2022 Captured these little cuties perched all the way up in the top few branches of a tree along the lake front. Absolute little darling crackers. Lake Bonney, Riverland SA Nikon D5600 + Nikor 70-300 mm lens

02.01.2022 New look for 2020. :D

01.01.2022 A bunch a three pictures featuring all different types of birds from last year in 2019 I took. A crafty pigeon, a lone seagull and a few duck crew. Old Noarlunga, South Australia Nikon D5600 @ Old Noarlunga, South Australia

01.01.2022 Wasn't what I would really call a pink moon tonight. But still managed to snap this beautiful shot, just got it through the blanketing cloud cover. Also my first shot featuring my brand new watermark. Tell me your thoughts. My backyard Nikon D5600 + Nikor 70 300mm lens @natgeoyourshot @nikonaustralia
