25.01.2022 This is why you need an independent building inspection while building your new dream home. This brick wall is 20mm out of plumb, over 1.2m. Which doesnt comply to the AS3700 or the NCC.

22.01.2022 This is the BAL ratings BUSHFIRE ATTACK LEVELS If you build in a BAL 40 or a BAL FZ FLAME ZONE you can add around $150K +or-. This is for the extra requirement to protect you home from ambers attacks, this is for any BAL ratings. Building insurance, this needs to be added into the cost of your insurance. Most of the homes that have been lost in the current bush fires would not have factored this in to the building insurance, as there homes would have been built before the current BAL standers where put into place. With all the homes lost in the current bush fires, I urge all the major home builders, building supplies and trades to help these families out to rebuild there homes as they have lost everything. Dont take advantage of there situation.

04.01.2022 Todays new building inspection, front post not parallel with each other.

01.01.2022 What we have now uncovered.... Home inspectors are using documents that ARE NOT legislation to advise their clients that their builder, their certifiers, t...heir Engineers and even Council are getting it wrong and works are defective. All hell is about to break loose. These clients and their unqualified home inspectors, are then taking builders to courts and NCAT costing $10's $1'000's in fees for both sides. At the end of it all, the client loses. Now the builders can sue those home inspectors and clients for deformation . I now have 6 cases on my desk and I would love to expose this, but the courts wont allow it. Make sure your home inspectors are who they say they are........
