04.01.2022 COVID-19 update As an essential service we are still open But we have implemented much stricter hygiene and disinfecting protocols. As a condition of entry, we ask every person to use the hand sanitiser on the front reception desk. We are wiping down surfaces that you may have touched with 75% Isopropyl alcohol. Including frames and sunglasses.... Staff are sanitising and washing their hands before and after each interaction with patients. Only the patient will be allowed into the examination room to maintain 4m2 spacing per person, except where one parent may accompany a young child. We have altered our appointment book to minimise the number of people in our shop at any one time. Please reconsider whether it is essential for other people to accompany you to your appointment. We ask everyone to maintain the 1.5 metre spacing where possible. All magazines have been removed from waiting areas. If you have been outside of the NT (or been in contact with someone who has) in the last 14 days, or are feeling unwell, please do not attend our practice. Ring us to reschedule your appointment or discuss your needs. We are here to help. We are currently open for normal trading hours, please check our website for any changes. We are carefully monitoring the situation and following advice from Optometry Australia and the Dept of Health and will implement changes as required.
