19.01.2022 Eynesbury Recreation Reserve is making great progress! The pavilion slab is down, steel structure is complete and the roof is up. The in-ground services and sp...ort light footings are also complete with the hard courts and concrete paths underway. The Stage 1B works are on track for completion by July 2021. Once complete, this stage of works will deliver a pavilion with social room, kitchen, change rooms and umpires’ room, together with the hard courts, sports lighting, cricket nets and an adventure playspace. The entire development will provide a much-needed training and competition space for local sporting clubs as well as a place for the whole community to gather and stay active. This project in being delivered in partnership with the Australian Government through its Building Better Regions Fund, the Victorian Government through its Growing Suburbs Fund, and AFL Victoria. 17.01.2022 Hocking Stuart Melton Pty LTD Player of the match awards for round 2. First XI goes to Riley Norris with his quick fire 32 with the bat. Jason Tardrew probably feels a bit cheated by this but you will hopefully get the next one. 2nd XI goes to Dave Kershaw with a fine 60. Special mention to Kayne Jones with 4 wickets. Well done to first gamer Will Smith hitting the winning runs off the last ball of the day. 3rd XI goes to The Golden Trowel Kris Connelly with 32 with the bat and 1 for 16 with the ball. 16.01.2022 Player Milestones A super special congratulations to Justin Siedlecki who today plays his 100th game for the Eynesbury CC. Juzzy has made 3477 runs at an average of 40.20 whilst taking 137 wickets with the ball. A great clubman, superb cricketer and an even better bloke. Well done mate. Brayden Hort plays his 50th game for the game today. Brayden has become a regular contributor starting his senior career as a junior. Go well today Brayden. Bret Chamberlain remains on 49 wickets. I'm sure as he is captain today he will give himself every chance to take that 50th wicket.

08.01.2022 The Eynesbury Cricket Club is extremely proud to see the progression of 4 fine young cricketers. Max Guileri and Josh Francis have made the move to sub district club Melton Cricket Club while Cody McLaughlin and AJ Mowat make the move to sub district club Yarraville Cricket Club. All 4 boys played 1st grade cricket for Eynesbury last year and all 4 boys played majority of their junior cricket with the Eagles. It's a credit to our junior program and club direction that we are creating a pathway to bigger and better things. Best of luck to you all. Go Eagles

Brandon Shearson making his come back after suffering a heart attack in the 19/20 season has come out and pretty much played the perfect game.
