24.01.2022 Today is R U OK? Day, a national day of action to remind Australians to check-in and ask someone every day, "Are you ok?" You don't need to be an expert to reach out - just a good listener If you feel like something is not quite the same with someone you know trust your gut instinct and take the time to ask them Are you ok? ... If someone says they’re not ok, make time to listen, encourage action and check-in. Remember to continue supporting your family, friends and coworkers, not just today, but everyday! A simple conversation could help change and save a life.
