Ensure when you are training your back to not aim for a heavy load every time. Make sure your technique is on point, otherwise you are not only risking injury, but also actually defeating the purpo...se of training your back. Swinging back and forth often happens in the lat pull down and you are at a higher risk of hurting yourself. Keep in control and you will be able to increase the weight over time. 02.01.2022 **PICKING THE RIGHT PT/COACH FOR YOU!** Have you every stepped foot in a gym and thought you need that help and guidance by a PT/Coach but when you look at the board for the 10/20 PT's that are advertised up there you question which one is best for me?? Anyone with a PT qualification has the base knowledge to guide you and assist you with your goals, however if you're setting super high goals, you need to have a deeper look. Do you have injuries/medical conditions that the PT... will be able to work with you through? Do you have young children and require someone that gets how hard it is surviving on minimum sleep? Do you have food intolerances therefore making it hard for you to get the right nutrition requirements? I admit I don't know everything but if I'm asked something and I'm not sure about the answer I will research and get YOU the answer. In life no one person is the same, so therefore a cookie cutter meal plan/training program wont always get results.
