Please listen to your mothers advice and don’t stick things in small holes Although it can be tempting but resetting your router to factory defaults will not fix your problems but it can generally makes things harder for you and our support team. ... We do suggest you power cycle your router by turning the power off for a few minutes and back on again this generally will fix most problems.... But please don’t be tempted to push a small stick in the reset hole before chatting to our support crew...
