As our Service & Warranty repair person you will be responsible for the delivery of successful service and warranty outcomes to meet the branch targets. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager assisting to Develop a grow the customer base as the ultimate result. This will include duties such as: -Managing the service and warranty process with customers.... -Looking after and presenting a product showroom. -Answering both phone and customer enquiries. -Assisting the Branch Manager in delivering positive warranty and service claims. -Liaising with the head office production team. -Handling all after sales enquiries or problems and resolving them to a satisfactory outcome. -Carrying out repairs and maintenance -Dealing with Warranty and repair related issues. The scope of this role is broad and requires a diligent, proactive individual who can hit the ground running and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. To be successful in this position you will possess superior communication and hands on mechanical skills, enjoy the variety and challenges of working as part of a busy team. You are also proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ideally you have previously had exposure to the Caravan, Boating, Camping, Automotive or industrial supply industries with the ability to interact and establish rapport with a wide range of customers. Service, Mechanical or related experience would be advantageous. An attractive salary base will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
