24.01.2022 Control, control, control! Many times we find members speeding up through their exercises but with our resistance exercises we want to focus on form and slow ourselves down. Form is the MOST important factor with any exercise, but especially when weights are involved. Make sure you’re not lifting heavy until you have perfected your form.... Removing the weight altogether is very helpful to put the focus on your movement pattern and take the stress away from balancing a weight. Listen to your body and ask for help if you feel your form can be improved!

23.01.2022 Why protein? It’s not uncommon to see protein supplementation pushed in the fitness industry. There’s a very good reason for this, as protein has a massive role in muscle growth and recovery! It is ideal to consume your protein within a 30-60 minute window after your training, as the protein is more readily absorbed in that time frame. ... Whey protein contains a massive range of essential amino acids, which are absorbed quickly by the body. Studies across the board show that habitual consumption of whey protein will result in increased strength, muscle gain, and loss of body fat. High muscle composition is to low body fat! Higher muscle mass results in a higher basal metabolic rate, which means lower body fat!
