There will be some OG classics, some absolute favourites and some spicy new ones never been seen before ..... Sneak peak.... triple threat hit us on Wednesday this is a spicy cardio challenge , set to definately get that heart rate up You Will count your reps in the first set, double it in your second set and then triple it in your 3rd ...
