India hit the ground running straight out of lockdown and carried on her efforts throughout the 45 days to drop a phenomenal 10.8 KG! 21.01.2022 Hi Team, We are helping @thebaysitters organising Christmas Hampers this year for local families that are doing it tough. They are working along side Brighter Futures and aiming to donate 50 hampers for families located in Ballina, Byron, Mullum, Pottsville and Lismore and the surrounding areas. ... Here @f45_training_byronbay we are helping with a hamper for a family that includes 1 single mum, 2 boys aged 1, and 5 girls aged 3, 9, 11, 14 & 17. We know that it has been a tough year for everyone, but if you are able to help out it would be greatly appreciated. Items suggested are tea & coffee, long life milk, pasta & rice, canned food, chips & biscuits, breakfast cereal, crackers, nuts, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, sanitary items, body wash. Items will be delivered on the 30th November, and can be dropped off at the gym in the office under the Christmas Tree until then.
