Dayne has made his training part of his lifestyle and has found a routine with meals and exercise that fits into his lifestyle so that he can sustain these amazing results! We love Daynes chirpy attitude through every session (even when there’s burpees!)

24.01.2022 Meet @_sherelle__ ! She’s down 18kgs since starting F45 Shes fitter, stronger and healthier! AND at the weekend she ran her first ever half marathon! She said previously she would of experienced knee/hip pain when running but since being lighter and having stronger muscles and joints she felt great and smashed our her longest distance! You’re an inspiration to our fit-family

22.01.2022 HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY TO US! Taking a trip down memory lane.... We opened Saturday 21st September 2019 with over 100 members walking through our doors from day 1 ... We had an epic year with 4 challenges and so many incredible transformations and results! We’ve had social breakfasts, dog walks, dress ups, brunches, dinners, open days, charity events and draaaaanks! We’ve celebrated members have babies, get married, buy houses, graduate uni, start businesses! We’ve gone through a global pandemic and come out stronger together! We’ve had live workouts, bootcamps, re-launching and now we’re ready to smash goals and complete challenge #28 Thank YOU for being part of the journey!
