06.01.2022 14 WEEKS UNTIL SUMMER WORKOUT MOTIVATION Just like cakes require basic essential ingredients, we too require basic essentials to form a strong, sturdy... (delicious) foundation We find when we are lacking one of these, not only does our mental-state slip, but our over-all motivation for anything... including working out:... ENOUGH FUEL: There are often two reactions to stress re. food, 1) eat everything in sight, 2) don’t eat much at all we all deal with stress differently eating too much of the wrong foods ... getting not enough nutrients , or eating too little in general will both significantly effect how you feel and how you think. Wholesome, nutritious, REAL FOODS (FROM THE EARTH PEOPLE ) will give you that get-up-and-go (game changer!) ENOUGH SLEEP: MINIMUM 8 hours sleep (ps. It’s called beauty sleep for a reason; it does wonders all round) sleep = energy that we can then put into our sessions!! HYDRATION: Ah, yes, water... the essence of life what we are predominately made from... that we so often forget to sip 8 cups a day (2L) minimum friends we all know it’s good for us, don’t question it just do it (as Nike would say ) SUPPORT: TEAM TRAINING is honestly life changing - there is nothing like the energy you get in a room full of people working out together.... use the support of the other members and trainers to keep you accountable .... we are here for YOU XX WE hope these help in some little way and one little final tip, if you can, get outside - even for 10-15 minutes .. get in nature (keep to yourself) and go to quiet locations; I promise you, your mental state will thank you 100x over See more
