Not one complaint came out of their mouths & the positive energy & laughs these girls brought into the studio daily was next level! It is so nice to celebrate your wins tonight as they are SO WELL DESERVED. Both dropping a large amount of body fat mass and growing that lean muscle mass . .... . 22.01.2022 14 WEEKS UNTIL XMAS WORKOUT MOTIVATION Just like cakes require basic essential ingredients, we too require basic essentials to form a strong, sturdy... (delicious) foundation We find when we are lacking one of these, not only does our mental-state slip, but our over-all motivation for anything... including working out:... ENOUGH FUEL: There are often two reactions to stress re. food, 1) eat everything in sight, 2) don’t eat much at all we all deal with stress differently eating too much of the wrong foods ... getting not enough nutrients , or eating too little in general will both significantly effect how you feel and how you think. Wholesome, nutritious, REAL FOODS (FROM THE EARTH PEOPLE ) will give you that get-up-and-go (game changer!) FOOD IS OUR FUEL... FOOD IS MEDICINE.... ENOUGH SLEEP: MINIMUM 8 hours sleep (ps. It’s called beauty sleep for a reason; it does wonders all round) sleep = energy that we can then put into our sessions!! HYDRATION: Ah, yes, water... the essence of life what we are predominately made from... that we so often forget to sip 8 cups a day (2L) minimum friends we all know it’s good for us, don’t question it just do it (as Nike would say ) SUPPORT: TEAM TRAINING is honestly life changing - there is nothing like the energy you get in a room full of people working out together.... use the support of the other members and trainers to keep you accountable .... we are here for YOU XX WE hope these help in some little way and one little final tip, if you can, get outside - even for 10-15 minutes .. get in nature (keep to yourself) and go to quiet locations; I promise you, your mental state will thank you 100x over See more

05.01.2022 C29|| WEEK 3!. We are so excited to smash yet another week with you guys & wanted to say a massive well done for your efforts so far!!! WEEK3 CHALLENGE|| STEP CHALLENGE!!!! Max steps for this week will receive a DBOWLS VOUCHER. ... Remember our goal is to hit 10k per day or 70k for the week. If you do less on one day you can always make the effort to catch up the next & hit that 70k for the week!!!!! Note: your workout is only 2% of your daily expenditure per day. Your workout is to focus on building strength & increasing your fitness so you can work harder & mover better. It is important to keep your daily NEAT ( Non Exercise Activity Thermogenisis) up high so you can stay active & keep on track with your goals. Some ways you can increase your neat. Go for a walk. A 30 -45 minute walk is around 4,000-6,000 steps so get outside & get amongst it! Take the stairs whenever you can. Park far away from the shops to increase steps . If you are on a work call pop your headphones in and walk around the house. Walk to the gym. SO MANY WAYS to bump up that NEAT. Remember to send your steps in each day or the total at the end of the week to our what’s app group. . . The weather is meant to clear up for us this week so no excuses - grab a mate and HIT THE PAVEMENT!
