05.01.2022 2020 REALITY CHECK Sometimes... life sucks. Not just a little bit, but A LOT. 2020 has made this more apparent for most of us than ever before. Simple pleasures become difficult, plans change, bad things happen, things are taken for granted. That 2 week or 2 month or 2 year vision that you had mapped out... becomes blurred. Guess what? ... ’ Why? Because for all of the ‘downs’ that you may experience, you will see many more ‘ups’. We perform rows in class with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, plates and revo bars.
