Swipe to see her before & after photos As a busy Mum of 4 children, it was all too easy to put myself and my own needs as a last priority. I needed a program that was easy to fit in, effective and didn’t require me to think too much about it. I LOVE F45 because all the planning has been done for me. I just turn up each morning and do what I’m told! The music is awesome, the sessions are ...never boring, and the F45 Loganholme community is amazing. My favourite memory is when I completed my first EVER box jump and the whole group cheered and clapped. I’ll never forget that moment. Now, F45 is just a part of my every day. I look forward to seeing my training buddies and trainers as much as I look forward to working hard in the sessions. For me, the numbers on the scales are far less important than the way I feel on the inside - strong and healthy It has been amazing to watch Nat’s confidence grow, we couldn’t be prouder of what she had achieved both physically and mentally

Favourite food: sushi (only chicken but ) ... Favourite Workout: Hollywood! It’s my favourite because it’s a mixture of weights and cardio, with the studio vibes always being high. Also who doesn’t love an extra 15 minutes of exercise? What can we find you doing outside of the studio: either training weights, at the beach or walking my two frenchies. Favourite quote: it doesn’t matter how slow you go, as long as you don’t stop.
