Here’s what Eleni has to say about her fitness journey with us. ... Before starting F45, I was at a dark place in my life and eating bad, deep fried, convenient food was what made me happy. I was so heavy, that getting down with my kids to play with them was painful. I saw an ad on Instagram for the F45 challenge, and I thought what did I have to lose!
