Life is all about balance, sometimes we are so focused on the physical aspect of our journey we let the mental health side lapse. Sometimes just putting down the technology and just enjoying your morning can make a big difference. One of my favourite quotes is " You cannot fail at being yourself". Take the time out and check in and ask yourself, Am I ok.

Tokyo Disco is a resistance-based workout consisting of 12 stations. Tokyo Disco is the new resistance workout on the block. The workout is a holistic resistance program, with a very simple room split; upper body and lower body. Tokyo Disco is designed to make you stronger and more functional.

17.01.2022 Meet the Trainer The lovely Ally has been apart of our team for just under 10 months - Ally's favourite F45 workout is The Piston and also the Brooklyn boxing sessions -... Her favourite thing about F45 is...."the positive energy of the F45 TSV North team and being constantly blown away by members achieving individual strength and fitness goals. I love how the exercises often challenge us to step outside of our comfort zone!" - Ally has been apart of the sporting community from a young age, even making the NQ team for running. Her favourite distance to run is the 5km, but has also competed in a half marathon in 2016. Her goal is to run a whole marathon one day!! She has also been lifting weights in the gym for the past 3 years. "It has changed my life in terms of strength, energy and self confidence. This is what inspired me to help others with their own fitness journey." - Her favourite sports to play are tennis, and football (soccer) and her favourite athletes are Usain bolt, Cathy Freeman and Sonny Webster. - In her spare time I love to go exploring with my doggies. Ally's favourite movie was an interesting choice to say the least... "Hard to pick...I love Despicable Me and Frozen just as much as I love SAW and IT..weird " - Her favourite food at the moment is a close call between Curly Wurlys and Sushi

Bootcamps will now start 15min earlier (6:00am) in the morning and 15min later (4:45pm) in the afternoon! 05.01.2022 Feels for Red Diamond today?? In Red Diamond there is no where to run! Diamonds are made under pressure & today you will be too!! RD is 4 sets on each station with an exaggerated longer set. Starting at 45 seconds of work going into 40sec, then into 35sec and finishing with 30 seconds. The rests stay the same with 15 seconds all the way through. RD is progressive overload to the MAX. This is where your muscles are progressively overloaded by longer work sets, with the intention of muscle failure. So.....DON'T GO LIGHT!!

01.01.2022 This year we have decided to give back a little to our community. We have put a challenge out to our members to donate a Christmas Gift for our older generation within our local nursing homes. How good is the tree looking and we are not even in December yet .
