20.01.2022 A class we won’t ever forget. A few months ago, our dearest member Carolynne was working out with her 2 sons, Tom and Charlie in our F45 class, when Tom suddenly went into cardiac arrest. Tom has overcome 3 cardiac arrests, blood clots, 14 surgeries, the implantation of a fitted defib and learning how to walk again. 9 weeks later, Tom has safely returned home. ... Krys & Trace would like to whole heartedly thank everyone who was involved Particularly the tremendous efforts by Nic Dowse and member/paramedic Ellen. Collectively, your quick response in CPR and the use of the defibrillator meant that Tom was given a fighting chance when he arrived at hospital. Their quick thinking meant that Tom lived through a condition only 1 in 10 Australians survive. What a true miracle you are Tom Your resilience and strength over these past 9 weeks is truely beyond words

02.01.2022 REPOST Almost 20kg lighter & a hell of a better lifestyle. The first photo was taken October 2019, which was around the same time I stepped out of my comfort zone and started F45, the one next to it is me today. The second photo was taken December 2018 when I was a bridesmaid at a friends wedding. Today I tried on the dress and I honestly was shocked at the difference, it was practically falling off me. I love those non-scale victory’s. Not only has my body changed but m...y lifestyle has. Wouldn’t have been able to do it without the support and guidance from everyone at @f45_training_traralgon & @empowerme.project. Cannot wait to get back training, hopefully soon WE LOVE YOU EB!
