08.01.2022 Hi F45 Ballina family (and everyone else following this page), While we have definitely shed some tears since the Government have indefinitely closed gyms (among many other types of business), it's not all bad news as we have an exciting plan to continue to keep you fit and well during this crazy time from the safety of your home! So here's the plan... Active members of F45 Training Ballina now have access to the new F45 online program via www.f45challenge.com or the F45 C...hallenge app. Starting this Friday we will be running 2 live training sessions a day via Zoom video conferencing for all members. One morning and one evening session a day. You'll get to watch Dr Elizabeth Shoesmith smash Scott Shoesmith for 45 mins live - while of course you'll be training at the same time and I'll be able to see your form via the video technology and correct where needed. And push you hard! You can even drag family members into the sessions with you and if you're home schooling it can be the daily PE class! Dr Elizabeth Shoesmith be hosting live video wellbeing check-in sessions once a week via Zoom. We can chat about anything and everything that keeps us all connected as a community. If you are a current member and this online service delivery alternative option does not work for you we understand completely. While we are also sending you email email this afternoon, if you wish to suspend your membership indefinitely until the world gets back to some kind of normality please send an email as soon as possible to [email protected] with the subject title 'PLEASE SUSPEND'. This is a tough time for everyone and we can't imagine there is anyone not impacted. So we do hope to be able to support you with your health and wellbeing during this time.
