24.01.2022 Hey there team ! I’m coach Eliana at F45 Carlingford, you can probably find me inside the studio with a coffee in my hand. My background is specialising in Martial Arts mostly boxing, BJJ and Mauy thai, but I also love my weights... I was always taught to train with zero excuses and zero BS so you’ll probably find me trying to push people to the max and get in your face I’m small so I stand on my toes a lot but don’t let that fool you. You’ll be able to hear me from the carpark. One of the saying I’ll yell often go hard or go home See you all on the floor!!!
