Aligning with today’s task, understand the importance of ‘habit goals’; they are day-to-day lifestyle actions along with your ‘training goals’; they are efforts that feature within and around your workouts. For the most part, your body is responding in the form of adaptation. Slowly, but surely, transforming itself so that it will be able to achieve all that you’re asking, (a little easier), next time round. And while you’re well on your way to becoming stronger, faster, more mobile, fitter and leaner, ...it’s important you give back to your body with some consistent TLC. Your body has enormous power over you (as you do over your body), so treat it well and hopefully it will return the favour in kind.
