Grab a box or bench and keep one foot on the box, grab either side of the box with your hands and lean your chest into your knee while keeping your whole foot flat on top of the box. Keep your back leg behind with a slight bend of the knee. What you want to achieve is a stretch in your front calf by leaning your chest into your knee and pushing your knee forward over your... toes ensuring the heel remains down.
