23.01.2022 PJS FOR PARKINSONS . Today the team at F45 Golden Grove and Modbury would like to take the time to touch on a topic that is very important to us. Parkinson's disease effects approximately four people per 1,000. In Australia, there are approximately 80,000 people living with Parkinson's disease. . Currently there is no cure for Parkinson's disease and this can be attributed to a lack of funding for research.... . On the 26th of September we will be raising much needed money! So join us in your best PJs at the Golden Grove studio and bring a gold coin donation to train in our Hollywood session! .
