16.01.2022 14 Days to go, need motivation take a look at Bianca’s results, in her words below This time 3 years ago, I was at my heaviest after having my second child, weighing in at a massive 90kg. Three years later, with a lot of hard work, determination, persistence and motivation, I finally achieved my goal and now weigh 50kg!! Anything is possible when you surround yourself with the right people and environment. 14.01.2022 Over the next 10 weeks we are going to use Wednesday to teach you a little about our trainers. First up TRAINER FOCUS ... Meet Trainer STEVE a.k.a BUGSY! You may have seen him around the studio especially during our early morning classes with his groovy dance moves with or without a shirt at times but he is definitely a crowd favourite & this is his story Hi Guys - Bugsy here! The photo on the left is me at 35yrs weighing 115kgs and on the right, 12 years later is me at 47 years of age, weighing in at 85kgs I had originally lost 20 kgs by working a physical and active job for 3 years. After this job, I worked back in an office job and put back on 10kgs. That's when I started training at F45 in Nov 2016 weighing at 95kgs.
