07.01.2022 Hydration powers greatness. To achieve peak physical and mental performance in your challenge and your life, proper hydration cant be overlooked. Getting hydration right means you can train, recover and perform like the champion that you are. It also helps increase concentration and mental performance! On average, aim for 2-3L of water per day, or, 35-45ml of water per kilogram of bodyweight. If exercising for high intensity at 45 mins, which we know you legends are ..., or sweat a lot, which we can also confirm , then this may need to be increased. Have a glass of water first thing in the morning, and before bed each night, as well as carrying around a water bottle with you throughout the day! With proper hydration, you will achieve greatness, and your goals will come into a deeper focus!

We have COVID-19 safe plans, all our trainers have completed their infection control training: COVID-19 AND we do temperature checks prior to every class! . .
