Whatever it is, this is a reminder to be NICE to yourself about it. Just a reminder to everyone to maintain social distancing- made easy by our sectioned off workout spaces, wash your hands before and after your class, use the hand sanitiser regularly throughout the session, BYO towel and water bottle.
