03.01.2022 Members Of The Month - Rod When I first started at F45 Lismore, I can truly say, I had no idea if I would end up attending the 5:30am class every single day. Nor would I have achieved any goals or even thought about setting any. Thanks to the trainers I have exceeded any goals I could of dreamed of. I continue to set my goals farther, knowing any goal is achievable if u put ur mind to it. Without u guys at F45 there is no way I would be at the stage I am now.... A lot of people find fitness classes and gym intimidating at first, I never felt that at F45 Lismore and I guess the members have a lot to do with this as well. Everyone from all walks of life have their own goals and the members at F45 respect them all and take people for who they are, not how much they can lift.
