People are so friendly and wonderful. The trainers are amazing ..EVERYONE pushes each other and motivates each other its like one big family and that's what i love about F45. The music keeps me going lol you gotta have fun and loose weight. At the end of the day you feel great about your...self... Fun facts about me... Awwwww i love to dance and sweat my ass off, it doesn't matter how hard it is, i make sure i get the job done in the high note lol. I have good vibes when the music is pumping. I like to meet new people and to make them feel welcome. I'm outgoing and very friendly LOL... True facts about myself.. I know i will never be size 10 or look like Beyonce but i still love going to F45 because of the people..and it makes me relax, its me time. Food...omggg lets not talk about food. 22.01.2022 Check out one of our members amazing journey "So today is the day that I’ve hit my 1 year at F45 logan central Ohana. What can I say, it has been a journey ! There have been a lot of ups and downs going through my journey, a lot of sweat and tears, a lot of swearing, yelling and screaming, but it has all paid off in the end. I’m super happy and proud of where I am and what I have achieved. I can’t believe at the time from when I first started on this day last year, till... this day today, I am more happier, more confident about my self and I actually do love who I am now. This time last year was the time I signed up to f45, my first steps through the front door of F45. I was at my lowest I’ve ever been before. I didn’t tell anyone or speak to anyone about how I felt. I was overweight, I was scared, i was embarrassed and ashamed of my self. I felt lost before I started coming to F45, I thought I didn’t need it. I never knew how bad I really was until my very first day, my family was telling me everyday Phoenix go out get some exercise, and I never would. Or they asked me numerous times to come to F45 with them and my answer was always no, until I gave in to there nagging and cause mum forced me (taking my PS4 away how silly right. I thought F45 would be for fit people, and that no one would be like me and judge me for what I looked like. But boy was I wrong. Everyone there was really supportive of me and I saw that people were also on the same page as me. But they were once where I was, or were going through the same feeling that I was feeling. My very first session I was nervous, I walked in with my head down and didn’t speak to anyone. The trainers and members were very welcoming and supportive. They spoke to me like I was a normal person, not just some overweight kid. They never judged me. I wasn’t uncomfortable, It really did feel like a Ohana. Before I came in to F45 I was depressed/lonely and I did nothing but hide behind a smile. It was no one else’s fault but mine. I feel a lot better today and started finding my self again. If you know me I'm constantly trying to lose weight like every year it's my goal and I always fail in a few months because food overtakes it all. 2020 I got my shit together and started off slowly and cut out specific foods. I kept it low just so I can grind hard and see the results myself, before sharin...g it with anyone. But now I want to share my journey with you all especially anyone who is on a similar journey as me. Don't give up take it day by day you will see results just keep pushing. 17.01.2022 Check out one of our Amazing members @tapupatau "so I'm not one to post about my weight as I'm shy and scared what others would think or say but here it goes it took alot of guts for me to post this lol...I have been battling with my weight all my life and those that know me know that I was never happy or comfortable on how I looked hated looking in the mirror as all I saw was this disgusting person,I had tried so many different diets and training and of course as alwa...ys I would fall off the wagon in the end I just gave up and said to myself no matter what tapu your never lose the weight let alone exercise,but then last year 2019 someone inspired me big time and that person was Paul SetefanoI saw that he was just losing the weight so of course I approached him and asked him what he was doing and that's when he told me about f45 and what it was all about so I was like ok damn if he can do it then I'm sure I can so I said to him sweet I'll give it a go and thats when I did my very first 8wk challenge I was so scared and shy as I didn't know anyone apart from Paul & Leah Motusaga who both were very supportive and I was so worried about what everyone would be saying or thinking lol but I was so wrong and was worried for nothing lol...I won't lie the challenge wasn't easy as you had to change your eating habits and on top of that exercising I honestly just wanted to give up as always lol,but the support from the trainer's was so amazing it's what got me through it and then of course after that I started doing all the other 8wk challenges and each time I've learnt something new about myself this journey of mine hasn't been an easy road as I would get some negative feed backs and then I would let it get the best of me and would wanna stop training but then the trainer's would remind me my WHY and encourage me and so a year later I'm still at f45 and I've learnt to use the negative as fuel to push me hehehehe, I can honestly say I'm loving every bit of it not only is the atmosphere awesome but the trainer's are blardy amazing just everyone is so loving and supportive #ohana #f45logancentral #f45training #f45ohanalogancentral See more

I smiled through it all just to make people happy and cover up my broken world. Loosing a parent or loved one really does wreck you. I had to move on and find something that makes me happy again. Refocusing on self love and self care, cos I hated myself! To an extent where it was affecting my marriage etc and out of no where a prophet randomly messag...ed on Instagram when I needed it most said God has bigger plans for you and spoke life into me he prayed for me Every day he’ll send bible scriptures and said I had to fast for 3 days so I did and it really helped me get out of my depressed life. And there I found hope again. Gods been so faithful and has a promise for us that he’ll never leave nor forsake us. I’m now 110kgs and still trying to reach my goal. I’m not saying I’m perfect, I’m saying you never know what others are going through so don’t judge people by their appearance but always be kind, show love and accept them as they are. Tomorrow may never come, just do you and don’t worry about what others think. Reach out and help others and speak life into them cos that’s probably all they need. Tipping the scales at my heaviest of 196.8kg was absolutely mind blowing as pre-pregnancy i was 138kg having only putting on bout 12kg at nearly full term i carried well, but post baby was when things started to spiral out of control and become a problem never had i ever been that big in my life but when you have a active 2year old full of beans this was an absolute nightmare Depression & Anxiety started to take over it was a battle to get serious about and that i did! I am a better person for it We all have a story The love and support shown along the way has been Massive, my up days my down days my days where i just become a beast n than died later on the journey is what you make of it no matter how short or how long it takes you ITS YOUR JOURNEY... We are put on this earth to enjoy n endure what we make of it, no need to starve or deprieve yourself lets face it I WORKOUT n have my naughty days of Junk lol and i am a statistics of it not being a waste of time... I enjoyed it and didnt hide it either Dont beat yourself up about it, treat each day as a fresh start Mindset Shift your mindset and you can do anything!!! Mindset is everything Motivation Tough times dont last but tough people do!!! Vision Set a goal and Execute it, Execute your vision Self Discipline It all begins with the mastery of your own thoughts. If you dont control what you think, you cant control what you do True happiness lies within YOU, waste no time and effort searching for peace, contentment and joy in the world outside.. I wish i understood this years ago! Currently weighing at 105kg with a total loss of 91.8kg from Size 28-30 or 6XL Clothing to comfortable 16 or L, have never felt so comfortable in my own skin! NEVER ever give up, YOU are in control of your own Destiny
