I needed a program that was easy to fit in, effective and didn’t require me to think too much about it. I LOVE F45 because all the planning has been done for me. I just turn up each morning and do what I’m told! The music is awesome, the sessions are ...never boring, and the F45 Loganholme community is amazing. My favourite memory is when I completed my first EVER box jump and the whole group cheered and clapped. I’ll never forget that moment. Now, F45 is just a part of my every day. I look forward to seeing my training buddies and trainers as much as I look forward to working hard in the sessions. However, you are still required to wear the mask at these times: ... 1. Entering the studio 2. During demo’s (only remove once you’re at your first station) 3. During stretching 4. Exiting the studio We ask that during the sessions, you remain conscious of social distancing at all times, use the hand sanitiser provided and clean your equipment during and between sets. Turn the dial up to a point where you can start to feel a bit of resistance, then go a little further and sprint through it for the set! ... Hover: When in a hover, we want to focus strictly on QUADS! The correct positioning is for you to rest your arms on the bars, keep your hips straight and not swaying from side to side and push through your toes. You want to focus on contracting your quads while you push, that lactic acid will come Standing: This is the one where you dial it up!! Holding onto the bars for dear life, drive that intensity up like you are riding up a hill. Turn the dial up as hard as you can, try your best to control your breathing and time how long you can stay at that current intensity, then work on getting higher!
