We get too many calories from added sugars, and over time this may affect our weight and health. ... Do you know how to reduce sources of added sugar? Sweeten low-fat plain yogurt with fresh fruits. Add cinnamon & dried fruit to plain cooked oats. Increase consumption of plain milk and water. Substitute 100% fruit juice for fruit-flavoured drinks. Use jams and jellies with no sugar added.
