12.01.2022 Hi my name is Leesh, I’m the old duck out of an awesome bunch of trainers here at F45 Mayfield! I’m originally an Adelaide girl and have been travelling the world ever since I was able to independently! I now reside in Maitland with my partner and little Frenchy Arnie!... I’m known for my positive and sometimes crazy energy on the floor, but also my strong belief of obtaining great technique and form. I’ll be first to coach you and encourage you to perfect the lift , followed by a funky dance break move and laughs all round. My passion is to educate others and be sure I made a positive impact to my clients sessions every day. I started in the fitness industry 8yrs ago and have managed F45 studios around the globe for the last 6yrs on and off. My go to meal has and always will be tuna and rice ..! It’s the quickest and closest meal I can replicate to my favourite meal my mother cooked me as a child. I love it! Also anything with pasta and I’m in! I am a massive believer in creating happiness wherever possible, life is boring and dull otherwise. A couple of phrases I live for: If you don’t love it, change it. 03.01.2022 How much time do you set a side each week to stretch? 2-3 times per week for a minimum of 10 minutes is a good amount to get started. It is fantastic for improving flexibility and posture. It is also great for injury prevention and assisting with soreness after a solid F45 class If you can’t stick to a time throughout the day, stretch after your workout so it makes it easier to get it done Stretching is not a warm up for exercise although dynamic stretching is, it is active movements like we do before every class in the warm up #f45mayfield
