13.01.2022 Member of the Week!! We want to give a big shout out this week to our super star member Elana Forbes !! Every day Elana comes in and puts 110% in to her workouts here at F45 Moorooka and just last week during our brutal Triple Threat session, Elana finally nailed the two footed BOX JUMP like an absolute boss and smashed it out for 3 sets, including the 60 second set !!! ... 08.01.2022 Great news !! We are back in the studio tomorrow morning, TUESDAY. First class at 5:00am as per usual. With a beastly Red Diamond resistance class. HOWEVER, in accordance with current rules regarding safe social practises ALL MEMBERS AND TRAINERS must be wearing face masks, even during training. And we must insure we are doing our best with safe practises: -WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES... -SANITISE YOUR HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER CLASS -WIPE DOWN ALL EQUIPMENT -ENSURE YOU HAVE A TOWEL WITH YOU -BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE Let’s do our best to do the right thing so we can be free of these restrictions as soon as possible.
