We’re coming into summer and I know many of us are nervous to put a bikini on, get the shorts out and just show off extra skin. But let me tell you, your body is perfect now how it is, your legs are perfect enough to wear shorts, you already HAVE a bikini body, you DON’T need to lose 5kg, tone up, get rid of cellulite, get a tan, get ...surgery before you can rock a bikini or feel good about yourself! You are already good enough and the time is now to stop worrying about your ‘imperfections’ and be confident in your own skin. We are so proud of all your efforts over the last 6 weeks, it has been a pleasure to be a part of your journey. Here is what your winner, Mark, had to say about his Challenge 29 Experience ... The F45 Challenge was a great way to kick start my fitness goals and to lose the kilos I had put on working from home during COVID. The coaching team were super supportive and available (even outside of the training sessions) to answer any questions and keep me on track. They created an environment that was motivating and encouraged me to improve on my fitness during the challenge. In addition, the energy that comes from training with such a brilliant cohort of members all with similar goals was invigorating. The F45 Challenge app was a great tool assisting me to stay focussed, while the meal plan was flexible enough to allow me to swap out meals were necessary to suit my dietary requirements. I also decided to use the F45 Lionheart monitor for this Challenge to help me remain focused and to also track my performance. This is was my first time using any type of fitness monitor, not owning a sports watch etc. This was certainly a brilliant decision for me, and if I had any advice for someone starting out, it would be to invest in one of these monitors. I found being able to monitor my performance in real-time helped me to stay motivated, accountable and committed to the challenge and my fitness journey.

10.01.2022 So proud of our guy @mitchrevs on his upcoming exhibition 'All In A Year' Mitch will be unveiling a new body of work, in his third Newcastle art exhibition on Saturday 28th November 2020. ‘All In A Year’, the title of his upcoming exhibition, will include hand-drawn illustrations, digital illustrations, sculptures and original paintings. Showcased in an entirely new direction, the first of his limited edition artworks will be displayed in a way that is unprecedented in his ...art journey. The exhibition will be open to the public from 9 am - 4 pm Saturday 30th November, across both Mitch Revs Gallery and Makers Creators in Hunter Street, Newcastle.
