What is your favourite F45 workout? Hollywood I love that its a mixture of cardio and weights and that its a longer class as well. What do you love most about F45? Classes are really flexible and fit in with my work schedule. Theres a variety of classes so I come in and its always different and I dont have to think about what Im doing for my workout. See more
