17.01.2022 The importance of water is something we all know Here’s some tips to get you started. 1. Smash some water when you wake up (we all get dehydrated in our sleep. Implement this into your routine and prime your body for the day ahead.... 2. Get a water bottle that tracks how much you drink. Aim to get at least around 2-3L a day. Sip don’t chug!! 4. Add lemon to your water. - it get boring drinking a lot of water. Adding a splash of lemon or cucumber helps. 5. Drink water before and after meals. 6. Have a bottle of water by your bedside, before bed readily available for during the night and wake up. [C29] Stay Hydrated See more

13.01.2022 We were lucky enough to team up with The Children's Hospital at Westmead to help put smiles on kids for this Christmas after the year we’ve had. The focus was primarily with the Arts. With covid restrictions in place many of the art supplies could not be re used therefore, instead of doing a toy drive we chose to donate supplies to their Art department. Thank you to our F45 family for the amazing donations. Mad love to you guys

04.01.2022 [ A goal without a plan is just a wish ] Joey weight loss journey story over the last 3 months has been nothing short of commitment dedication and inspiring. Day one of the challenge, he set himself a goal of 15% body fat with muscle gain by the end of the challenge. This awesome transformation didn’t happen over night fluctuating between 23-24% PBF since the start of 2020. Joey has his own physical challenges that he has to deal with daily but that didn’t give him any ...reason to stop grinding. Better understanding of eating habits and consistency of training and moving helped him prepare for a better experience throughout challenge 29. Well done, we are very proud of you Joe.
