We are running FREE school holiday F45 Prodigy Classes for kids aged 11-17yrs! Classes run for 45 minutes.... Starting Monday 13 Jan, and running each week day at 11am for 2 weeks!! You can bring your kid/s down to the studio, no need to book just drop in a few minutes before 11am to complete a exercise pre-screening form. Share with their friends, and bring an entire group.
