C30 was essentially the kick starter I needed in pursuing a healthier lifestyle. The challenge is a great way to stay accountable and consistent with classes and diet. What were your fave parts & hardest parts? The hardest aspect of the challenge was definitely the longevity of my mental willpower and drive to keep going. But with a great studio and motivational coaches, F45 Roxburgh Park is helping me reach my fitness and health ambitions. The best part of the whole experience was the vibe in the studio. Everyone was working towards their own personal goals and it was encouraging to see. what did you gain from doing the challenge? I learnt that it’s not all about ‘the numbers’ and ‘the scales’, in the end it’s about how you feel within yourself. Would you recommend it to others? I would definitely recommend C31 to anyone who wants to take a big step in pursuing new and exciting fitness experiences. 07.01.2022 OUR MEMBERS CHALLENGE EXPERIENCE Winner Manny tells us about his 45 day challenge experience at F45 Roxy Why did you join the 45 day challenge?... I joined the challenge as I was unhappy with myself, both in my physical appearance and also in my lost fitness. I needed a kick in the backside to get myself moving and eating properly again. And to shock my body in a short time to get results to keep me going well past the challenge end. What were your fave parts & hardest parts? My favourite parts were the classes! Every day was different and every class pushed you out of your comfort zone. The coaches are also amazing in motivating and pushing you to do better and keep you accountable. You never feel like you are on the journey alone. The hardest part was the first 2 weeks adjusting my body to eating healthy again and to the right portions. what did you gain from doing the challenge? Besides becoming fit and losing weight, I learnt how to eat healthy and the right foods to chose. It changes your mindset from thinking you are on a diet, to more of a meal plan and enjoying food again in moderation. I also regained my fitness and my mental health. It is such a supportive environment and you become part of the F45 family. Would you recommend it to others? I would recommend the challenge to both beginners looking to get fit and learn about healthy eating and lifestyle, and also people looking to get back to their previous fitness and weight / muscle goals. The challenge will push you out of your comfort zone, but the results will come with consistency. There are no bad foods, just bad habbits.
