18.01.2022 Weet-bix and mango smoothie bowl. Enjoy a heart-healthy brekky with the goodness and energy of wholegrain wheat and fruit. INGREDIENTS.... 200g frozen mango. 90g (1/3 cup) dairy-free natural yoghurt. 80ml (1/3 cup) almond milk. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 2 Sanitarium Cholesterol Lowering Weet-bix. Sliced fresh mango, to serve. Fresh blueberries, to serve. Coconut flakes, to serve. Natural sliced almonds, to serve. METHOD Step 1. Use a blender to blend frozen mango, yoghurt, almond milk and maple syrup until smooth. Spoon into a serving bowl. Step 2. Arrange the Weet-Bix, fresh mango and blueberries on top. Sprinkle with almonds and coconut. Top with mint, if using, and serve immediately.

01.01.2022 I was amazed that no matter what your experience...you can do the workout at your own pace with a huge support system an encouragement, with people there to teach you how to do things the right way. I took my brother to F45, he hadn’t worked out before probably ever, and we both were able to workout together. @markwahlberg
